about Kamyar
With nearly 20 years of experience, I bring deep expertise in managing the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects and programs from early investment analysis and business case preparation, through detailed planning and engineering design, to large-scale construction delivery and successful close-out. Proficient in both D&C and Construct Only contracts, I offer valuable insight into diverse delivery models and contractual environments, enabling me to navigate the distinct challenges of each.
In addition to Project Management Delivery services, I leverage my Strategy specialisation from Harvard Business School to partner with leadership teams across organisations such as SA Water, BHP, Adelaide Airport, and Power & Water. Together, we build governance frameworks, implement high-performing PMOs, and align strategic priorities with execution—enabling them to navigate today’s most transformative infrastructure phase, driven by ageing assets, urbanisation, and global megatrends.
I also bring leadership to academia as an adjunct project management lecturer at UniSA, and I previously served as the President and CEO of the PMI South Australia Chapter.
