This strategic and challenging program has been instructed by the CEO of SA Water to undertake a robust strategic planning in order to determine the most viable solution in order to deliver a new sewerage scheme for more than 4,000 residential allotments in the southern area of Adelaide linked to the existing treatment plant.

My role as the Project Leader for this program requires professional stakeholder management skills due to the number of interested/influential stakeholders (exceeding 25) and thorough Strategic & Business Management skills to evaluate all the requirements, opportunities, and constraints of the program. Together with the project team, I defined the most innovative and cost effective solution for SA Water and the community of South Australia.
