The Long Term Plan for Eyre Region is an initiative by the South Australian Government, through SA Water, to establish a framework to ensure Eyre Peninsula has a secure water supply to meet increases in demand for the next 25 years.
My role as the project manager is to undertake a meticulous planning, a very rich and mature internal and external stakeholder engagement, and to collaborate with the project team members to address all the criteria to complete the initiation and planning phases of this major project successfully to address the most feasible infrastructure in order to secure the long term supply.
